Terms of Service

AIVOXIS is a done-for-you AI video production service. We write scripts, generate professional AI voiceovers and visuals, edit videos, create thumbnails, and publish content to your YouTube channel and LinkedIn Page on your behalf.

By registering an account, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Creator Account: For individuals or businesses managing one channel. You receive a personal dashboard to approve scripts, review videos, and manage your subscription.

Agency Account (White-Label): For marketing agencies managing video production for their own clients. You create separate client profiles under your account. AIVOXIS branding is never shown to your clients. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your clients, including for Talking Head photo uploads.

New accounts receive one free video sample of up to 3 minutes. The free sample:

- Requires completing the full onboarding questionnaire

- Is delivered with a visible "Made with AIVOXIS" watermark

- Is not published automatically to any platform

- Can be downloaded with the watermark

- Does not include Talking Head format, LinkedIn clip, or YouTube Shorts

The free sample is intended to demonstrate production quality. One sample per person or organisation. We reserve the right to decline free samples at our discretion.

Plans:

- Creator: €297/month — 20 minutes of produced video content

- Agency: €597/month — 40 minutes of produced video content + white-label features

What counts as "minutes": The total duration of produced video content (landscape 16:9 or portrait 9:16). YouTube Shorts auto-cut from landscape videos, LinkedIn clips, and thumbnails do not count toward your minutes.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor. Your billing date is the date of your first payment.

Top-up minutes: If you exhaust your monthly minutes, you may purchase additional production time:

- +5 minutes: €75 (valid until end of current billing month)

- +10 minutes: €149 (valid until end of current billing month)

Top-up purchases are non-refundable and do not roll over to the next month.

Invoices: A PDF invoice is issued automatically after each payment, containing your billing details and our company information. Invoices are emailed to your registered billing email address.

Script approval: No video enters production without your explicit written approval of the script. Unlimited script revisions are included.

24-hour delivery guarantee: Once you approve a script, the finished video is delivered within 24 hours. If we fail to meet this deadline for reasons within our control, we continue working until delivery is complete at no additional charge.

Revisions: Each produced video includes 2 free revision rounds. Additional revisions cost €79 each. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of video delivery.

Publishing: We publish to your YouTube channel and LinkedIn Page only after you explicitly approve the final video. An unapproved video is never published. You retain final editorial control at all times.

The Talking Head feature animates an uploaded photograph to appear to speak, synchronised with the AI-generated narration.

Eligibility: Available to Creator and Agency subscribers (not free sample accounts).

Photo requirements: One clear, front-facing headshot photograph. By uploading a photo, you confirm via mandatory checkbox that:

- You are the person depicted, or you have their written consent to use their likeness

- You have the right to use this image for AI video generation

- You accept full legal responsibility for the use of the image

Agency accounts: You additionally confirm you have obtained written consent from the depicted person for AI animation of their likeness for commercial video production purposes.

Processing: Photos are submitted to our AI video animation provider for processing. By using this feature, you also agree to that provider's terms of service.

Consent records: We log your checkbox confirmation (user ID, timestamp, IP address) and retain this record for 5 years.

Placement: Talking Head appears centred on screen in portrait videos, and as a circle overlay (bottom right) in landscape videos.

Ownership: You own all videos produced by AIVOXIS for your account. Full commercial rights are transferred to you upon delivery. No restrictions on use, distribution, or monetisation.

Download and other platforms: Every produced video can be downloaded from your dashboard. While AIVOXIS publishes to your YouTube channel and LinkedIn Page automatically, the video file itself is yours to use on any other platform — TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, your own website, or anywhere else — with no additional fee or restriction.

Your materials: You grant AIVOXIS a limited licence to use your brand assets (logo, photos, colours) solely for the purpose of producing your videos.

AI disclosure: Videos produced by AIVOXIS use AI-generated visuals and voiceovers. You are responsible for any platform disclosures required by YouTube, LinkedIn, or applicable law regarding AI-generated content.

Attribution: If you include "Produced by AIVOXIS.AI" in your video description, you receive 10% off your next invoice. This is voluntary.

Prohibited content: You may not use AIVOXIS to produce content that is defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise illegal. We reserve the right to refuse production of any content at our discretion.

Cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard before your next billing date. No notice period, no cancellation call required. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access and service delivery until the end of your paid period.

Exception: If we have not begun production on any video for a given month and you cancel within 48 hours of a billing charge, you may request a refund by emailing founder@aivoxis.ai. Refunds in this case are at our discretion.

Free sample: No payment required for the free sample. Nothing to refund.

You grant AIVOXIS the following access to publish content on your behalf:

- YouTube Channel Manager access (not ownership, not monetisation access)

- LinkedIn Page Admin access

We will not modify your channel settings, access monetisation, download your existing content, or take any action beyond publishing the videos and descriptions we produce for you. You may revoke access at any time.

AIVOXIS is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes (views, leads, subscribers, revenue) from your videos.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of AIVOXIS is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, platform policy changes by YouTube or LinkedIn, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure and service providers we rely on to deliver the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Maribor, Slovenia.

If you are a consumer (not a business), you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at aivoxis.ai/terms.
